One of our main goals is to be able to provide more affordable legal services without compromising on service. In addition to having lower than normal rates of charge, we offer fixed fees for many types of work.

Who we are

We are are a husband and wife duo who now work together, having previously practiced for many years in separate firms. Although a main focus is Wills & Estates, Travis previously also practiced in commercial law and Lan previously also practiced in family law.

Contact us

Montague Law endeavours to provide the community with more readily accessible legal services. For this reason we offer Saturday appointments for clients who have to work weekdays and are unable to take time off work.
