I recommend that you store your Enduring Power of Attorney in a safe place and advise your attorney of where it has been stored.

If you wish for your attorney to commence using the Enduring Power of Attorney, I recommend that you make a certified copy of the Enduring Power of Attorney for your attorney to use.

You can revoke your Enduring Power of Attorney as long as you still have mental capacity. Once you have lost your capacity you lose your ability to revoke or vary your Power of Attorney.

If you wish to revoke your Enduring Power of Attorney you should do so in writing. You should also advise relevant people or institutions who may be dealing with your attorney and destroy the certified copies of your Enduring Power of Attorney along with the original.

Your death will terminate your Enduring Power of Attorney.
