Today the doors of Montague Law Pty Ltd open to the public for the first time! I am very excited, it has been a long time coming.
I know that people driving past us have wondered what type of business would be opening at 420 Montague Road Modbury North SA 5092.
Montague Law will be servicing clients in the following practice areas:
- Family Law
- Wills (and Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives)
- Estates (including Probate and Letters of Administration)
- Conveyancing
- Debt Collection
- Civil Litigation
Montague Law will be offering what I call sensibly priced legal services. In South Australia the Supreme Court scale of costs is the benchmark for what is fair and reasonable for legal costs – although many firms charge above this. I will be charging at least 10% below the scale for all work.
In addition to providing sensibly priced legal services, I also want to provide accessible legal services. So in addition to the opening hours being 9 am to 5 pm every weekday Montague Law will also be open every Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm.
